Google maps bike routes and who took my front wheel?

Well it's about time!  We've been asking forever, and Google has responded, so now you can map your intended path on dedicated bike lanes, shared lanes, and bike paths all over the world!  From their blog:
"Today we've added biking directions and extensive bike trail data to Google Maps for the U.S. My team has been keeping close tabs on all the public support for biking directions that’s been steadily coming in, but we knew that
when we added the feature, we wanted to do it right: we wanted to include as much bike trail data as possible, provide efficient routes, allow riders to customize their trip, make use of bike lanes, calculate rider-friendly routes that avoid big hills and customize the look of the map for cycling to encourage folks to hop on their bikes. So that's exactly what we've done."
All this enthusiasm for biking is great for our health, our air, our cities.  Keep it up!  In related news.  My front wheel was stolen yesterday, because in Manhattan you have to wrap your bike into a steel pretzel every time you leave it for a second. . . and I didn't lock all the wheels down ONE TIME, and VOILA!  So if you're reading this and you took my wheel, you can leave it where you found it, no questions asked.  Nobody needs to get hurt.  locker.
