That's right it's DETROIT!!! People, streetcars, hustle and bustle making Woodward Avenue just one of the many vital and lively urban corridors in a booming city. Before the auto industry trashed the public transport and then tanked. I believe this could return sans the ankle-length requirements for skirts.
